We offer far more than moderation at events. We can help co-create programmes alongside clients to ensure they run on point and time. Your speakers have subject matter expertise. We’re experts in event shape and strategy, advising on aspects such as formats, narrative flow, timings and speaker content.
Polls & surveys
Polls and surveys always energise events, but they take a lot of time for organisers to develop. We can propose content and identify where and when these can best feature in your event programme. Our moderators are familiar with the latest interactive software and tools.
Event promotion
Many of us are familiar faces in European public affairs and connected to the community on social media. These relationships can be useful to create buzz for your event. Each of us has our own approach to event promotion on social channels, including Linkedin and X, which we agree individually with clients.
Event evaluation
At the outset we ask you to define what success looks like. So how did it go? If needed, we’re here to provide concise feedback on the event from the perspective of performance, logistics and content.
Public speaking training
Public speaking can be intimidating. But it is a skill that can be developed, especially with our seasoned pros providing tips and guidance in focused training. We provide this hands-on training for individuals or groups in sessions designed specifically for your event. Training can be in-person or virtual.
Moderator training
Many events feature parallel sessions with people in your organisation serving as moderators. Not everyone is ready to jump into this role. We offer tips and guidance to ensure these sessions are effective and impactful. Training can be in-person or virtual.
